Hey Beauties!
I hope you had an amazing New Years Eve and that your holidays were filled with happiness! Today, I am going to share the gifts that I was so lucky to receive for Christmas. It seems a bit strange to me that it's normal behaviour to share this type of post but I love to read them so I thought I would do my own this year. I received some really thoughtful and amazing gifts and I have no doubt they will be appearing in photos in future. I have broken everything up into 3 sections so I hope it makes sense.
My gift from my mom was tea themed as she bought me a new kettle (not shown), an elephant shaped teapot, and a set of mugs with Eiffel Towers on them. She also gave me two pairs of the same slippers because I am always cold and the amazing Little Dictionary of Fashion by Christian Dior. My beautiful best friend Heather was so sweet and gave me a mug with the cutest quote, a striped sweater (not shown) and two cards from Rifle Paper & Co. My boyfriend's cousin who I absolutely love gave me a lovely pin board for my office and I plan on putting those cards on it!
My boyfriend knows me so incredibly well and he truly spoiled me. Every year he buys me a pair of yoga leggings from PINK but this year he also got me a onesie and thermal leggings. Then he went to my favourite place in the world - The Disney Store - and picked out some seriously adorable slippers and three little plush figures from Toy Story.
Then he went completely crazy and practically bought out Sephora. I had given him a list of different suggestions and he completely blew me away with what he picked! He gave me the Elizabeth and James Nirvana White gift set with the perfume and perfume oil, the Tarte Park Avenue Princess Contour Palette, the GlamGlow Gift Sexy Kit with all three masks, The NARS God Created the Woman Palette, the Marc Jacobs Style Eye Con Palette in Lolita, 3 nail polishes from Nails Inc and one from Formula X in the shade Nightingale. To top it all off he gave me an absolutely stunning ring!
I received a few things from other people including the Buxom Full On Fix Lip Duo, the Rimmel Exxaggerate Lip Liner in East End Snob, the L'oreal True Match Concealer Crayon in a contour shade, the Younique Full Fiber Lash Mascara and the Be Delectable Hand Cream in Strawberries and Cream. The lovely Michelle from TeachinFashion also gave me such a sweet gift of a Kate Spade bangle!!
So that is what I got for Christmas, minus a bunch of chocolate and as you can see I was well and truly spoilt. I am so lucky and blessed for the time with my family and I can't thank them enough.
