Hey Beauties!
As one of those girls who has dreamt of her wedding day for most of her life, I was pretty prepared when the time came to start making decisions. I had a clear vision in my head of the venue, the dress, the flowers and the ladies standing by my side. So I didn't want to waste any time in asking those ladies to be with me on the big day.
The people that you choose to stand beside you on your wedding day are some of the most important people in your life. They will be the people who hold your hand, help you get ready, calm your anxiety and solve any problems so they need to know you better than anyone else.
I chose to have four of my best friends in the entire world who have been through years of ups, downs, adventures and changes without ever letting me down. These ladies have shown me what true friendship really is and have been the most incredible blessings that I will cherish for the rest of our lives.
These are the ladies who I love more than anything in this world.
Charlotte has been such a strong force in my life from day one. She and I met when we became neighbours and we originally bonded over our obsessive love for cats. Then later discovered that we grew up in the same small town, going to the same schools, shopping in the same stores and hanging out with the same people but we had no memory of each other. We have found a kindred spirit in each other that requires no work or effort, our friendship is just meant to be and is so true to who we are. I can't wait to be an auntie one day soon.
Heather is my oldest friend. We met almost 10 years ago in the midst of the toughest times in our lives. We managed to find peace and happiness in each other when so much was going wrong in our individual lives. We have been through absolutely every up and down possible and no matter what we have always come out the other side stronger and more appreciative of each other. She is my anchor, my bee and the one who gets all of my weird quirks and obsessions.
Monique is my sister at heart. We met on our first day of college orientation and fell in love over sushi. We were both so nervous and the instant friendship that formed over lunch got us through every unknown and new situation during the most crazy time of our lives. We spent every single day together for two years and then when we lost touch, we never forgot how much the other meant. The second we met again, it was like no time had passed at all and we fell right back into rhythm. Now, even distance has no effect on our friendship, our love and appreciation for each other is so vast that it always feels like we are together in spirit.
Jordanna is an absolute blessing in my life and the greatest gift I could ever imagine. She and I seemed to dance around each other in the same circles for the longest time before finally connecting over what else - makeup. We found an instant connection not only over our passions for beauty and business but our love for God. She has been my guiding light in finding my way back to my faith and she has introduced me to a beautiful life under his watch. She is my true sister and I could never imagine my life without her.

I stopped by their boutique at Square One in Mississauga and picked out 4 of their Rafaelian Silver and Rose Quartz Beaded Bangles. Rose Quartz is the stone of the heart, promoting love, self-acceptance, clarity in emotions and harmony so it is the perfect energy to be giving to my girls.
I could not love these bangles any more than I do and my girls were thrilled when they opened them up. I think they were the perfect way to celebrate our friendship and my wedding.
