The Sunday Post

Welcome to the first in a new series of weekly posts, the Sunday Post. I was getting a bit bored of showing you all my instagram photos every week and I though it might be too repetitive if you already follow me there. ( @labellesireneblog) So I decided to start taking photos throughout the week that give you more of a glimpse into my day to day life. Although, I live quite a simple life so I hope it's not too boring. Enjoy!

Meet Snow White, my rescue cat, who I'm completely obsessed with. I'm not entirely sure where she came from or how old she is, she just showed up on my back porch one day and didn't leave for a month before she just walked right inside - much to my other two cats' despise. After many vet visits she is doing really well but she still has a few funny quirks like sleeping in boxes. This particular box was from a recent Forever 21 order - haul soon!

Ahh coffee. While I am a true tea lover at heart, I have recently developed a need for coffee in the morning. Which has now turned into a need for coffee all day long. This was a little coffee date with my boyfriend on the way to a doctor's appointment. I ordered the same thing as always, a white mocha. It was amazing. 

Every summer in Hamilton, the city transforms a park into something called the "Summer Promenade". Think food trucks, face painting, street art and live bands. It runs for 3 or 4 days a week for 3 months and it is just one of the awesome things that have come up in the last few years. Hamilton is really kicking butt with their community events and activities designed to better the city and give a chance for local Hamilton talent to show what they've got. This is a photo of the auditions for this years "Summer Promenade", they were held in an old train station that is minutes from my house, it was really cool to just walk by and be able to enjoy some awesome music.
